Oxford University Press will publish Blackmon and Rudy’s book on the Gender Gap in Leadership!

We are delighted to announce that Oxford University Press will publish a book based on the Rhodes Project data by Kate Blackmon and Susan Rudy. 

The book will focus on the gender gap in leadership.

Kate Blackmon is University Lecturer at Said Business School and Tutorial Fellow at Merton College, University of Oxford. 

Susan Rudy is Director of the Rhodes Project and Professor of English, University of Calgary.
