The Rhodes Project gathers this information in order to respond to your inquiry. How the Rhodes project protects your data
The Rhodes Project has put in place various security procedures to protect your information. These measures include the installation of firewalls to the computer system; limited employee access; and system password protection.
Traffic monitoring
As you would expect, we monitor visits to our website, principally to improve the website and our services, and so that we can make sure the website is easy to navigate. The information that we collect in this process will not identify you as an individual, unless you volunteer your contact details through one of the forms on the website. The website uses third party statistics and traffic analysis packages to process this anonymous information (“Statistics Software”). The third-party providing Statistics Software is currently Google Inc. Such third parties are liable to change without notice. The information generated by the Statistics Software about the User’s use of the website (including the User’s IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google or other third parties on servers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Such information shall be used by the third parties for the purpose of evaluating the User’s use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
